When Should I book my newborn session
I recommend booking during your second or third trimester to reserve space around your due date. Once baby arrives we will finalize your session date.
How old should my baby be for a newborn session?
Posed newborn sessions are typically best within the first 5-14 days after birth when babies are sleepiest and most comfortable with being gently posed.
What is a fresh 48 session?
A Fresh 48 session takes place within the first two days after birth, usually at the hospital or birth center. These sessions focus on documenting your baby's earliest moments and all the tiny details you'll want to remember.
What if my baby arrives early or late?
No worries! Newborn sessions are scheduled around your due date and adjusted once baby arrives.
What should my baby wear?
For posed newborn sessions, wraps and simple newborn styling are provided. For Fresh 48 sessions, baby can be photographed in a swaddle, outfit, or hospital attire.
Do parents and siblings participate?
Absolutely! While newborn sessions are baby-focused, parents and siblings are welcome to be included in a portion of the session.
Where do newborn sessions take place?
Newborn sessions are currently offered in-home or at an agreed-upon indoor location. Fresh 48 sessions take place at your hospital or birth center.
How long does it take to receive my gallery?
Your fully edited gallery will be delivered within approximately two weeks of your session.
