Hey! I’m Kyra, the photographer behind Soulful Snapshots. I’m a self-taught photographer with a passion for capturing genuine moments filled with natural light and real emotion.
When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll usually find me soaking up life with my sweet little boy, Clemens (two and full of energy), chasing after our German Shepherd, Zeplin, or spending time with my husband Joey. The love of my life since I was 15.
I’ve always loved the idea of freezing a moment in time and turning it into something you can hold onto forever. Photography has become such a meaningful creative outlet for me, and I truly love telling stories through images that feel authentic, timeless, and uniquely you.
Whether it’s a growing family, a quiet moment between couples, or a milestone worth celebrating, it’s an honor to capture memories that will be treasured for years to come.

Do you travel for photoshoots?
Yes I am open to traveling for photo shoots, depending on the distance & associated costs!
What should we wear for our session?
I always recommend coordinating outfits rather than matching. Think complementary colors and layers. Neutrals, soft tones, or earth tones photograph beautifully, but feel free to add a pop of color or accessories to show your personality! Most importantly, wear something you feel confident and comfortable in!
When is payment due?
To keep things smooth & stress free, payment is due by the day before your shoot. If payment is not completed, photos will not be delivered.
Do you require a retainer?
Yes! A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your date, with the remaining balance due before your session.
How long does it take to get our photos?
You can expect to receive your fully edited photos within approximately two weeks!
Do you edit all of the photos?
Yes! I hand edit each image for color, lighting, and minor touch-ups. I don't do heavy retouching or alter body shapes. Images will be edited in my photography style as shown in my portfolio.
Do you offer wedding photography?
Absolutely! 🤍 I currently offer coverage for small weddings, intimate ceremonies, and elopements. If you're planning a larger wedding, feel free to reach out and I'd be happy to discuss your vision and see if we're a good fit!
Do you offer newborn photography?
Yes! I offer first 48 sessions as well as lifestyle and posed newborn sessions. The ideal age for posed newborn sessions is 5–14 days old, but older babies are always welcome!
Do you offer albums or prints?
Yes, absolutely! You can order high-quality prints and albums directly through your online gallery via Pixieset. Once your photos are delivered, you'll be able to browse product options & place orders easily right from the site. It's a simple & seamless way to turn your images into keepsakes!
What if I am late to my session?
Your session will begin at the scheduled time, late arrival may result in less shooting time without a refund
What is your cancellation/reschedule/rain policy?
If the weather doesn't cooperate or have any need to change dates, no worries! We'll reschedule at no extra cost. Photographer must be notified 48 hours in advance for any cancellations.
